Ink is Now Live on Dune
Bringing Transparency to the Blockchain Ecosystem
"Transparency is king. By bringing Ink’s data to Dune, we’re empowering users and developers with open, actionable insights that further drive innovation and activity onchain. This is directly shaping the trajectory of Ink, creating a richer, more dynamic onchain ecosystem."
— Andrew Koller, Founder of Ink
What is Ink?
Ink is an Ethereum Layer 2 (L2) solution built on the Optimism Superchain that focuses on eliminating the points of friction that have made moving onchain challenging. Launching on mainnet with 1-second block times ahead of schedule last month, Ink is fast-delivering on a streamlined user experience that makes DeFi accessible to everyone.
Launched with support from Gelato’s Rollup-as-a-Service infrastructure, Ink uses Dune’s analytics to track and refine its ecosystem from day one. Ink’s goal is to combine blockchain transparency with Kraken’s secure environment, allowing users to interact with DeFi in a way that feels familiar, like using a Web2 financial app.
“With Gelato handling the rollup infrastructure and Dune providing real-time analytics, Ink was able to focus on building its ecosystem instead of infrastructure from day one. It’s a model we’re excited to scale across the industry.”
— Joel, Head of Product at Gelato
